The walls are almost up
It is the end of the day on the 15th and as you can see, from the following pictures the walls are almost completely up.

You can see the front columns and the side column of the carport. The corner in the foreground is the kitchen area of the great room. The tall white pieces of PVC that are sticking up are vent stacks for the plumbing.

This is the main entry. To either side of the doorway will be two columns by 9 high of glass blocks. Directly through the front door you can see the fireplace along the back wall.

Here is a closer view of the fireplace. Serina is investigating her future digs.

This is a view down the hallway from inside the great room. At the end is the entry to the master bedroom and bathroom.

This is the far wall of the great room as viewed from the hallway above. On the other side of this wall is the carport. To the right are the kitchen windows.

This is my view of Baru through the window that will be in my study. To the right is one of the columns that will support the the patio roof.

These two windows form the corner in the kitchen area. The kitchen sink will be mounted diagonally in this corner. The column you see through the right window will support the roof which will be extended to provide a dry area to come and go via the front door.

This view shows the progress at the rear of the house. The right most window is the master bedroom and the one next to it is my study. You can then see the columns for the patio, the chimney base and the openings for the patio sliding doors. To the far left is the deposito or utility room.
