Signs of progress
The 4th has come and gone and a good time was had by all. We've had several different crews working here since Monday and it really looks like things are happening quickly.
The steps and rock wall are coming along. The base of the rock wall will be wider than the top.
The stairs are made of rocks and mortar. Their location is about mid way in the area that was excavated to provide a level surface for the house.
The floor is done in the master bedroom and walk in closet.
A barrow full of thin set awaits additional tile setting.
The master bathroom has it's counter space which will hold two sinks. The jacuzzi tub is in the foreground.
The high wire act is being performed by one of Edwin Amaya's crew. Cariolas are being installed in the great room to hold the dry wall ceiling.
