It's Friday and the rains have started before noon today. Not very pleasant for putting in drain pipes, but none the less, in they go. The last pieces of dry wall are going up in the great room. That only leaves a small bathroom to get a dry wall ceiling. We will put 4 fans in the great room this afternoon to help dry the joint compound that goes between the pieces of sheet rock.

Felix with his back to the camera inspects the ditch being dug that will hold the 4 inch drain that will carry off excess rain water.
Serina sits at the base of the stairs. You can see Violet is already playing with plants on the rock wall.
A worker is finishing up the dry wall for the ceiling. Next, all the seams will have to be taped & mudded.
Dried mud gets sanded smooth.
The master bedroom is primed and ready to be painted.
