Moved in
The work is finally done and we moved in on Saturday August the 6th. Serina and I gave the house a test run on Friday the 5th, but Violet didn't get in until the 6th. Meanwhile certain work still goes on, but all in all the place is quite livable and oh thank goodness for the extra space. I now know what cabin fever is all about.

Wood molding is applied to the seams of the angles of the ceiling in the great room.

This view is looking north from behind the table. As you can see, the essentials of life do work in Panamá.

Serina walks towards me as I snap a shot of the southeast corner of the great room. The wooden door goes to a small powder room and beyond to the laundry room / pantry.

The view towards the northwest corner of the great room.

The kitchen area in the southwest corner, The steel cariolas hanging over the island will be covered in wood and four pendant lights will hang over the island.

The half round window on the south wall is visible in this photo.

The front door is to the right in this shot.

The powder room as seen from the laundry room.

Down the hall.

To the right is my study. Several more computers are due to be installed.

To the left is the guest bedroom and bath. Accessories are scattered all over the place .

The master bath has some creative curtains at the moment.

The shower and Jacuzzi work quite well.

The master bedroom also has the essentials.

A great place to take a snooze.

Serina gets ready to settle in.
